Description

Sunninghill & Ascot Parish Council is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and facilities that comprise the children's playground known as the Playground, located at South Ascot Recreation Ground, Victoria Road, South Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 9DR.

The original play equipment was installed over 20 years ago and is now at the end of its working life (it is possible that one or two pieces of equipment can be salvaged).

Sunninghill & Ascot Parish Council (the Employer) wishes to procure the services of a suitable contractor to undertake the design, manufacture and construction necessary to replace the play equipment listed and described below (the Works):

10. Tender Deliverables 

The Tenderer shall provide a comprehensive description of his proposals for the Works including sketch details and illustrative photos of the equipment proposed, together with a priced and signed copy of this document. 
Visuals are to include: 
➢ 1 x 3D visual (to scale) 
➢ 1 x CAD of the design
 
Note: Visuals must not include children or adults or show duplicate equipment.

close of business 5pm on Friday, 01 November 2024 

Items sent should be clearly marked "Tender response: South Ascot Playground".

P-0193 Playground Equipment and Multi Play Units (MPU)

Manchester City Council are currently improving fixed playgrounds within parks across the city. This project is split into the following lots: • Lot 1 Supply of Fixed Playground Equipment • Lot 2 Multi Play Units (MPU) Supply only All installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions (see EN 1176-7:2008, Clause 6). Lot 2 Multi Play Units (MPU) Supply only - must provide a wide range of high value multi-play provisions for a range of ages and abilities. Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including standard selection questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on 21st October 2024
