Description

Braintree District Council is seeking expressions of interest ahead of the procurement for a contractor to deliver a Design and Build refurbishment of the BDC offices. The project is part of BDC's wider Agile and Flex programme that has been instigated to ensure that the Council is continuing to work effectively and efficiently as ways of working change across the sector. The scope of the contract will include office furniture Supply and installation and Works relating decoration, floor and ceiling finishes, wall panelling and furniture items, as well as lighting & electrical elements. EOI and response to questionnaire within documents is required by 5pm on Thursday 10 October 2024

Introduction This project aims to enhance the student and curriculum's experience through a comprehensive redevelopment that leads to the improvement of the male and female Toilets. It involves, refurbishments and enhancements to overall facilities. Further to your Interest, TEC Partnership invite you to tender for the works described within this invitation to tender. The tender shall conform to the requirements set out in these documents and shall be exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). The invitation to tender is for the appointment of a contractor to undertake the: Refurbishment of the Toilets at East Riding College, Bridlington. Laboratory refurbishment project including the renewal of existing finishes, installation of lab benching with associated power, installation of lab gases, installation of air conditioning system with low-level diffusers and application of acoustic board to walls to adjacent rooms in the building.
