Description

This project is a Laboratory Refurbishment Project to relocate the Imaging Facility.  The location of the works will be 6 West 0.09, Claverton Down Campus, University of Bath.   Laboratory refurbishment project including the renewal of existing finishes, installation of lab benching with associated power, installation of lab gases, installation of air conditioning system with low-level diffusers and application of acoustic board to walls to adjacent rooms in the building.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Introduction This project aims to enhance the student and curriculum's experience through a comprehensive redevelopment that leads to the improvement of the male and female Toilets. It involves, refurbishments and enhancements to overall facilities. Further to your Interest, TEC Partnership invite you to tender for the works described within this invitation to tender. The tender shall conform to the requirements set out in these documents and shall be exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). The invitation to tender is for the appointment of a contractor to undertake the: Refurbishment of the Toilets at East Riding College, Bridlington.
