A Condition Surveyor is required for the Lower Thames Crossing - Kent Roads to carry out condition surveys to the following types of assets pre and post completion of works pertaining to that asset: · Buildings, assets, land and access roads Surveys are to be carried out by a chartered building surveyor or in cases where required, a competent structural engineer and a condition report, complete with photographs is to be produced. Lower Thames Crossing - Kent Roads - Material Testing

A Material Testing contractor is required for the Lower Thames Crossing - Kent Roads. These works are likely to be required from Autumn 2025. The work consists of the following elements: • Provide material testing off and on site including Concrete Testing, soil classification, aggregate physical properties, Asphalt Analysis. The operatives involved in the works shall be Competent with relevant qualifications and competency cards (Lantra - /CSCS) and have a Highway Passport. The contractor must be UKAS accredited and have obtained ISO 9001. Testing facilities must be in proximity to the scheme.
