Description

An initial commission (Phase 1) has been successfully delivered via Waterman Aspen Ltd , which assisted the SWIFT team with developing a technical strategy for contactless payment broker services. Building on this, Phase 2 will develop and implement the refresh programme  by addressing the  several work packages  outlined below over the contract term:

Work Package 1 - Self-service Portal

Work Package 2 - Card Management System

Work Package 3 - Mobile app provision

Work Package 4 - Business processes

Work Package 5 - Communications

Work Package 6 - Performance Levels / Fault and Issue Management

Work Package 7 - Transition and Go-live
