Leighton-Linslade Town Council wishes to appoint a waste management and recycling provider who has recycling capabilities to maximise the amount of recycling from our activities associated with parks management, cemetery management, office facilities, pavilions and for future sites as and when required. Procurement for the provision of waste composition analysis services to West London Waste Authority

Procurement of a multi-season Waste Composition Analysis project on behalf of West London Waste Authority (WLWA). Design and deliver three WCA studies; one study for each season (summer 2025, spring 2026, and winter 2026/7) with each season's sample spaced approximately nine months apart, analysing residual waste collected from kerbside and communal properties within each of WLWA six boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Richmond Upon Thames.
