Hampshire County Council (HCC) and Devon County Council (DCC) seek suitably experienced and qualified construction / property consultants to tender for this SCF Consult 2 Framework.
The SCF Consult framework provides all project, property, and asset consultancy services to public sector across the SCF geography (as defined in the ITT) and is available to all public sector bodies.
SCF Consult is designed to complement the established SCF Integrated Team approach to delivering Two Stage Open Book (2SOB) projects, and also to enable public authorities to gain access to high quality professional property and asset consultancy services, in a consistent manner.
The framework is intended to deliver every type of construction, property, estates and strategic property support, including but not limited to the below:
• Asset Strategy and Estates Management
• Place Making, Planning & Development
• Valuation, Land Acquisition and Disposals
• Commercial And Cost Management
• Programme And Project Management
• Design And Delivery of Programmes and Projects
• Technical Standards, Assurance and Risk
• Repairs And Maintenance
• Operational Facilities Management
Appointment to the Framework does not guarantee any specific volume of work nor are any minimum volume guarantees offered, services are expected to be delivered across the SCF's
regional area and throughout the value bands.
Whilst pure civil engineering projects are not a key objective of this framework civil engineering disciplines can be delivered as part of a multi-disciplinary appointment.
The framework is arranged into three lots to provide maximum flexibility to contracting authorities.
All lots on the framework cover the entire geography of the framework, and every size of commission. Consultants are expected to service the entire geography of the framework and
support commissions of any size, from small high-level strategic advice commissions to long term developments, strategic partnerships, and programme delivery. It is the expectation
that there will be a need for longer term co-located resources as well as shorter term resources and services provided on a more ad-hoc basis. Requirements could include co-located leaders or individuals integrated into client teams (including client in-house staff) or whole programme/project teams of individuals working remotely or coming to client offices as needed.

UKRI-4453 BAU Professional Services Framework

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market of a potential opportunity to participate in a construction and estate maintenance related professional services framework to support various building and civil engineering projects as part of the Business As Usual (BAU) requirements at the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC). The STFC intends to engage with potential providers through a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) event and subsequent PME activities. UKRI will be holding two Supplier Engagement Sessions at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory site on the following dates: 05 December 2024 and 09 December 2024. The sessions will last no more than 3 hours and a maximum of two attendees from each supplier organisation to register for the sessions (start time to be approx 10am, and will be confirmed). South Cambridgeshire District Council - Commercial Asset Management

SCDC wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide a service which encompasses the following: • To advise on the management of the Council's commercial property assets that meet the Councils adopted strategies (supporting economic growth and regeneration). • To provide commercial property investment advice by sourcing potential investment opportunities set by SCDC that meet the criteria set in the Council's Investment Strategy. SCDC owns assets on Cambridge Science Park, Colmworth Trading Park (St Neots), Cambourne Business Park and Northstowe Employment Zone and local centre. Assets range from high value multi-million-pound buildings, a wholly owned subsidiary (Cambourne Business Park Ltd), to a temporary community building in Northstowe. SCDC shall require the Contractor to manage the assets within their portfolio to always ensure that the portfolio is delivering the best performance obtainable, in both revenue and capital growth terms, ensuring best practice ESG performance whilst observing the security and liquidity guidance from Government. SCDC expect that the Contractor will be able to advise on the local, regional, and national sector investment markets and when it would be appropriate to acquire, hold, invest in, or dispose of an asset. SCDC shall require the Contractor to work closely with their Finance, Commercial and Legal teams and any other internal or external appointed property management company to ensure that the asset is well managed and maintained and that the administration and renewal of the leases is optimised. All assets should be compliant with health and safety regulations - it is the job of the asset management contractor to ensure this. It is expected that the asset management contractor will benefit from an in-house building surveyor to ensure the full requirements of this contract can be completed.
