North Northamptonshire Council - RFQ - Roofing Works

North Northamptonshire Council (here after referred to as the 'The Council') is seeking tenders for roof repairs across 5 x Council properties, as part of a planned maintenance programme of works. The costs of the works will be funded from the Capital Stock Condition Programme. The properties are currently occupied and used as general office space, mainly used by Council staff from different departments. External companies and members of the public may also visit these buildings on occasion. All buildings have a staffed reception which will need to remain open during the works. Deene House is the only property that does not have a public facing reception. The aim is to complete wind and watertight fabric repairs to five different properties. The roof areas are generally in fair condition and the works recommended are predominantly to prevent deterioration where areas are beginning to fail and to further prolong the life of the existing roofs.
