B2G MWX: Minor Works and all associated works, supplies and services

B2G MWX supersedes and unifies B2G's MW20 (national) and MW21 (regional) minor works frameworks, and incorporates features successfully introduced in later frameworks, This framework enables any UK contracting authority to procure one-off projects, programmes or term contracts to deliver both major or minor planned and/or responsive works in the construction, repair, maintenance and improvement of both housing and non-housing. It's suited to principal contractors with multi-discipline capability, who operate both nationally and/or regionally, given that it is a single UK lot, within which contractors have the option to designate 'active regions' and specialist 'work types'. Please note, the framework value is £200m per annum. B2G frameworks operate on a 12 month auto-renewable basis (see note IV.1.3 within this notice) to maximise value of participation whilst minimising impact on bid team resource. Given that suppliers have the option to update prices each year in addition to standard uplifts (to maintain currency) and new suppliers may be appointed (to avoid closed shops) it is envisaged that the framework will run in excess of 4 years.

Contract 23 - Roofing Tiled and Slated Planned Works 2021-2023

The Authority invites suitably experienced providers for the above Framework for skilled service to provide Traditional Tile and Slate Roofing Services. This Framework Contract will ensure availability of skilled Contractors to deliver the Planned Service requiring differing values and complexities as required for the Framework Contract.\r \r It would be desirable for Tenderers to have an NFRC membership.\r \r Successfully awarded Contractors will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract.\r \r The main areas of activity may comprise of, but not exclusively be limited to, New Installations, Repairs and Modifications to existing roofs, including associated timberwork, flashings, membranes, metalwork, rainwater goods, roof windows, fascias and soffits and also other planned investment works requiring services to be completed in ether of the following forms; Operational, schools, commercial and any other properties owned by the Authority or its subsidiaries which may also include properties for sale. EEM0070 Roofing Replacement and Roofing Repairs Framework

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a not for profit consortium which establishes and manages a range of framework and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to 340 public sector organisations including housing associations and ALMO's, Local Authorities, NHS trusts, Education Providers, Blue Light Services, Government Agencies and Charities. EEM have also established a formal collaboration with 3 like-minded procurement consortia-Westworks, South East Consortium and Advantage South West. The membership list for these three consortia may be obtained from the following websites addresses: (https://www.westworks.org.uk) (https://www.southeastconsortium.org.uk) (https://www.advantagesouthwest.co.uk) EEM have conducted a tender exercise to procure, a Roofing Replacement and Roofing Repairs Services Framework to replace our existing Framework which will expired in July 2024. The Framework will provide EEM Members with a provision for their Roofing Replacement and Repairs Services covering both Domestic & Commercial properties to help members deliver a roofing works solution. The Framework agreement will be for a period of 48 months, running from Monday 22nd July 2024 to 21st July 2028. Seven Contractors have been appointed onto the Framework, this will ensure that all our member's requirements are covered taking into consideration the range of locations our members are located in. The Framework requires EEM to cover England and Wales under the following Lots: Lot 1 Roofing Replacement, Sublot 1 Midlands and Sublot 2 National Coverage. Lot 2 Roofing Repairs, Sublot 1 Midlands and Sublot 2 National Coverage. Additional information: The call-off contracts to be awarded pursuant to the Framework Agreements that has been entered into begun by publication of the Contract Notice may extend for a duration of up to five years beyond expiry of the four-year term of the Framework Agreements. Please note that the total potential framework value stated within this notice is in relation to the full 4-year framework and takes into consideration the lot structure, length of call off contracts and that the EEM membership may grow over the framework lifetime.
