Description

The purpose of the services is to act as the Councils Technical Approval Authority, NEC Project Manager and NEC Supervisor for the duration of the Design and Build phases for Marina Village Phase 2 and to manage the remediation of the site, making it suitable for future housing development.
The following activities will be required:
