Description

The Cornwall College Group (TCCG) wishes to appoint a print company ("the Contractor") 
      to print and deliver its FE Prospectuses 2024/2025. TCCG requirements are detailed in 
      Part 2 (Specification) of this document. 
      Any purchase order(s) placed as a result of this invitation to tender will be subject to the 
      terms and conditions detailed in Appendix 2 which have precedence over all others.
      As an approved Supplier of the FE Prospectuses 2024/2025, your quotation must reflect 
      the terms of this agreement and clearly indicate all discounts thereby showing the net 
      amount payable. Any orders placed as a result of this invitation to tender will be subject to 
      the terms and conditions of this agreement which have precedence over all others.
      No tenders will be accepted from print distributors sub contracting the print

Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for Print and/or distribution of Inside Swale residents magazine. The contract will involve print and/or distribution of the Inside Swale residents magazine. The magazine is currently printed and distributed twice a year (January and July) and is distributed to all households in the borough of Swale (approximately 65,000 to be printed and distributed). Expressions of Interest and the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document must be submitted / uploaded on the Council's e-tendering portal. The closing date for submission of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the RFQ is 21 October 2024 at 12:00 noon. The deadline for clarifications is 12:00 noon on 9 October 2024.

This framework is for the provision of the agreement of Document, Communication & Print Management, which comprises of 5 Lots, as listed below: Lot 1 Document Management - This lot includes a comprehensive range of document management services to include but not limited to Document Storage, scanning, and secure destruction of records. Lot 2 Communications tools - This lot presents the integration of solutions that is supported by secure and resourceful processes. Tools that assist mailing and document processing tasks that integrate communication with a mixture of traditional systems and innovative ones. The service and tools should provide an efficient, secure, free of error, convenient, and cost-effective method to manage communications via various modes available to the Participating Authorities. Lot 3 External Print Solution - This lot will cover the external printing solutions to include letterhead, leaflets and other design and digital and/or physical printing requirement of the Participating Authorities. Lot 4 Print Management - This lot presents a comprehensive solution to optimise printing infrastructure, streamline workflows and reduce costs. This gives Participating Authorities the opportunity to outsource the management of their printing devices while benefitting from expert support and guidance in print management. Lot 5 Aggregation of lot option (1-4) - For Participating Authorities that have a requirement for more than one lot, out of lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 wishes to run a competitive exercise for a sole award.

Printed Products and Associated Services

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service shall be using the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Print Marketplace as their route to market to procure printed products and associated services from 1st October 2024 and up to 15th December 2028. Call-Off Contracts are formed on an individual order basis against the terms and conditions set by the CCS as part of the Framework Agreement.
