Homes England has entered into a Land Collaboration Agreement with Keepmoat and Capital and Centric covering undeveloped land in an around the centre of Northstowe, Cambridgeshire. The objectives of the Agreement are - to deliver residential and commercial development on the Property in accordance with Outline Permission and Existing s106 agreement (and s106 agreements from time to time) as varied from time to time; agree an accelerated programme for the delivery; maximise the land receipts; and adding where appropriate and applicable social value. It is envisaged, that when agreement is reached, each Developer will draw down land separately.

As there are two Developers party to the Agreement, the lot structure within this notice has been used to ensure sufficient information is disclosed. Note that as the Agreement has no consideration attached, in order to complete this notice, notional values of 1 GBP is included to ensure mandatory fields are completed.

Tenderers are responsible for obtaining any further information including inspection of the site (and will have deemed to have done so) to ensure sufficiency of your Tender. Tenderers must complete the Contract Sum Analysis (Appendix 2 – Contract Sum Analysis) in the format provided. A breakdown of the external works costs and preliminaries is also required. Collateral warranties will be required from all designers and will only be accepted in the format contained in Appendix 1 – Contract Documentation. Tenderers are reminded that it is expected that the Tenderers proposals will mirror the Employers Requirements. Any alterations must be clearly identified. A S104 Agreement will be required for the scheme. All costs associated with obtaining this agreement will be borne by the Contractor and should be included within the tender sum. For the avoidance of any doubt, this should include all legal fees, surety costs and commuted sums. It is anticipated that a S278 Agreement will be required for the scheme. This two stage Restricted procurement process is for the contract for development of flats at Blackness Road. Dundee City Council is seeking to appoint a competent contractor for the provision of the construction of the development of the flats on Blackness Road.
