Description

Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a Contractor for the maintenance and refurbishment works of tenanted properties that will include the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms as well as electrical rewiring works.  The works will be required to approximately 3,175 properties in total across Renfrewshire.

This notice is for a multi-discipline infrastructure and construction project framework, which will include both design and works.
