Description

Caerphilly County Borough Council ('the Council') has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (‘DPS’) for high quality and cost-effective transport for taxis, minibus and wheelchair accessible vehicles.
The DPS will covers services by the Integrated Transport Unit, but also makes provision to be utilised by any departments within the Council.
The estimated value includes all possible extensions of up to five years.
The Council has established a Dynamic Purchasing System and is managing this procurement process in accordance
with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”), in line with the Restricted Procedure Regulation 28 and Dynamic Purchasing Systems Regulation 34.

YPO are looking for a supplier to be appointed onto a Contract for the provision of Single and Multi-Parcel Consignment Delivery Service, which will serve YPO internal requirements only. Please note parcel sizes can range from a small single item to a large/bulky item but each parcel will weigh no more than 25kg. Please note that 4PL solution is not in scope of this tender. Contract requirements include as a minimum: • Time definite delivery service • System integration • Customer Self-Serve • Account Management • Stakeholder Engagement The Contract has an estimated value of between £7.5 million and £10.5 million inclusive of VAT for the maximum life of the Contract (5 years). These figures are indicative and based on YPO's anticipated business requirements under a sole supplier arrangement; actual volumes may vary.
