Urgent Repair and Jobbing Contracts 2025-2029

The contracts are for urgent repairs and jobbing works to Angus Council properties (excluding council housing). The contracts cover a range of trades with individual orders for works which are of an urgent repair, minor alteration or maintenance in nature being placed with the appropriate appointed contractors. The contracts will run from the 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2029. Contractors will be appointed on a trade and area basis and where possible standby contractor(s) will be put in place. The maximum value of any one order is restricted to GBP 50 000. Framework for Supply of Front and Back Composite Doors

The nature of the works/service provided by Swansea Council in particular Building Services means we are required to provide a guaranteed service level to the tenants of properties held within our City-Wide Housing Stock and its Public Buildings. With this in mind, we would expect the successful tenderer to be able to provide us with a similar guaranteed service level. Deliveries will be expected to meet the following minimum requirement Emergency Doors – 10 Working Days Standard Doors – 20 Working Days Goods must be delivered at the address shown on the purchase order, free of charge and at the contractor's own risk and in such quantities as specified on each order issued under the terms of the contract.
