Description

Knowsley Council are seeking to procure an integrated drug and alcohol treatment and
recovery service that is available to all residents within the borough of Knowsley.
The contract will be for a six-year term from 01 July 2024- 30 June 2030.
This will be an all-age service, providing a quality treatment and recovery service for young
people and adults.
The provider is required to deliver Knowsley’s Drug Strategy objectives to:
• Expand capacity & improve the quality of Knowsley’s treatment services.
• Expand and improve the support for children and young people in Knowsley: early
identification and support for at-risk young people.
• Reduce drug and alcohol related harms and deaths.
• Expand prevention-based approaches including screening, and outreach activities.

Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to commission a single provider for each Lot (but a successful provider may be awarded both Lots) to provide Drug and Alcohol Services for; Lot 1 Lot 1 Adult Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Recovery Service and Lot 2 Lot 2 Children and Young People's Drug and Alcohol Services. Contract Commencement: 1st May 2025 Contract End Date: 30th April 2030 The initial contract term will be for 5 years however the Council reserves the right to extend the contract by further periods not exceeding 2+2+1 years (5 being the maximum available extension period) at the discretion of the Council based on the satisfactory contract performance of the successful applicant and funding availability. During the course of the contract period the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification and variation to meet the changing needs and requirements of the Council, potential changes in legislation and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers.

Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Intervention

The Cumbria Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (the Commissioner) intends to commission a programme of voluntary interventions with perpetrators of domestic violence and abuse and those at risk of becoming perpetrators of such abuse. This preventative and early intervention programme will take a holistic approach working with perpetrators, victims and their families using restorative principals to prevent and reduce incidents of low to medium-level domestic abuse. It will provide structured group work, individual work, or a combination of both, where perpetrators are challenged to recognise abuse & reflect on their own behaviour and its impact. Programmes can be tailored to respond to the needs of specific groups, whilst delivering a Service Model which is flexible to engage with and meet often complex individual needs. The contract will be awarded for a period of up to 5 years, from the commencement date 1st April 2025, for an initial period of 3 years with options to extend for two further 12 month periods, up to 31st March 2030. Highest Value estimated budget for up to 5 year period, not including VAT.
