Description

The Contract applies to houses and flatted properties belonging to Paisley Housing Association within Foxbar, Glenburn, South, Town Centre & West End areas of Paisley. (Refer Tender Document 4 for further information). The Contract term will be for an initial two year period with optional annual  1 year + 1Year + 1 Year extensions up to a maximum contract during of five years overall.
The decision to award the contract extensions will be at the discretion of Paisley Association and will be on the basis of one year increments. Bidders should note that the list of properties and scope of works required to be carried out may increase or decrease during the contract period.  Bidders are also advised that Paisley Housing Association may extend the Contract to additional locations throughout Foxbar, Glenburn, South, Town Centre & West End areas of Paisley to take account of any changes to requirements or new stock acquired during the Contract.

Waste and resource management technical advisors’ framework

WRAP is preparing to launch a tender exercise for a framework to provide high quality technical advisor services to enable WRAP to provide valuable policy, support and evidence in the area of Waste and Resource Management, that can be applied to one or more of our core sector programme areas and one or more of our key stakeholder audiences. Existing suppliers will remain on the Framework for the full duration, subject to performance and continued eligibility. Re-openings will be conducted via a new procurement process under the Open Framework provisions of the UK Procurement Act 2023.
