Description

A multi-lotted Framework Agreement to provide an effective procurement route for the maintenance, management and development of all of Hampshire's green and outdoor spaces, for the immediate and long term benefit of Hampshire and surrounding Counties residents, and its visitors.
HCC and other Contracting Authorities will have access to a carefully selected group of providers on the framework who will have been assessed during the procurement process for their financial stability, experience, technical and professional ability.
The overriding objectives of the Framework Agreement are:
- provide value for money,
- consistent quality of service and workmanship,
- reduce waste,
- streamline processes,
- identify and effectively manage risk,
- use of KPI's to achieve continuous improvement,
- collaborative working.
The works will typically be undertaken in but not limited to:
- country parks,
- farms,
- sites of historic interest,
- schools,
- social care centres,
- care homes.

Urgent Repair and Jobbing Contracts 2025-2029

The contracts are for urgent repairs and jobbing works to Angus Council properties (excluding council housing). The contracts cover a range of trades with individual orders for works which are of an urgent repair, minor alteration or maintenance in nature being placed with the appropriate appointed contractors. Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a measured term contract for hard landscape maintenance and minor works on parks and play areas. The procurement process adopted by the Council is based on the 'Open' tendering procedure as detailed in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The initial contract period is 3 years; the contract is estimated to commence 23/12/2024 and expire 22/12/2027. There will be an option to extend the contract for 2 years in annual increments.
