The requirement is to establish a wide-ranging framework agreement that can support Southampton City Council's (the Council) in-house teams in delivering a range of services and minor works to residential dwellings, civic buildings, and other properties and sites owned, managed, or leased by the Council; all to agreed standards and in a timely, consistent, cost effective and safe manner. The council shall use this framework agreement to run further competitions or to direct award call off contracts for the provision of the services and works.

Landscape and External Works

A multi-lotted Framework Agreement to provide an effective procurement route for the maintenance, management and development of all of Hampshire's green and outdoor spaces, for the immediate and long term benefit of Hampshire and surrounding Counties residents, and its visitors. HCC and other Contracting Authorities will have access to a carefully selected group of providers on the framework who will have been assessed during the procurement process for their financial stability, experience, technical and professional ability. The overriding objectives of the Framework Agreement are: - provide value for money, - consistent quality of service and workmanship, - reduce waste, - streamline processes, - identify and effectively manage risk, - use of KPI's to achieve continuous improvement, - collaborative working. The works will typically be undertaken in but not limited to: - country parks, - farms, - sites of historic interest, - schools, - social care centres, - care homes.

Landscape and External Works Framework 2023-2027 - AWARD

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Landscape & External Works Framework 2023. A multi-lot Framework Agreement to provide an effective procurement route for the maintenance, management and development of all of Hampshire's green and outdoor spaces, for the immediate and long term benefit of Hampshire residents, and its visitors. The Framework will commence on 1st March 2024 and will be for a period of four years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 hrs on Monday 4th December 2023. How to obtain the Tender Documents The Tender documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by going to the tab 'Tenders' then 'Current Tenders' and selecting 'View Details' on the relevant tender advert and clicking the 'Express Interest' tab. Once in the tender there are five tabs - 'Tender', 'ITT - documents', 'Correspondence', 'Clarifications' and 'History'. Select the 2nd tab (ITT - documents) where you will find useful information under 'Tender Details' continue to scroll down to the heading 'Tender Documents Received' where you will be able to view / download the documents. Please download all the documents and read very carefully. The Framework has 6 lots: Lot 1 Small General Works Lot 2 Large General Works Lot 3 Bridges, Structures and Pathways Lot 4 Habitat and Recreation Lot 5 Agricultural Buildings Lot 6 Sports and Play Facilities Lot Status Submitting and Opting Out Please click on the 'No' button to opt out of the lot(s) you do not wish to apply for. Applicants can apply for as many lots as they wish, however if you apply for Lot 1 Small General Works, you can't apply for Lot 2 Large General Works and vice versa.
