Description

Maritime Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul. The Marine Systems Support (MSS) Team, which is part of the ships operating centre within Defence Equipment Support (DES) provides global support to the Royal Navy. MSS has set up a Framework agreement to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul to Royal Naval Platforms through an established set of suppliers. There is a possibility that during the life of the proposed contract that the size of HM Naval Fleet may increase or decrease. The support contract took the form of a Framework arrangement and has been awarded under DSPCR 2011 regulations. The following Call-Off contracts will be awarded via call-off competitions published throughout the life of the Framework Agreement.

Civil Engineering Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Scotland - projects up to 5 million GBP

The Scottish Ministers have been working with internal and external stakeholders on the development of a Scottish collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Civil Engineering projects up to 5 million GBP for use across the Scottish public sector. To be considered, economic operators are required to complete the Single Procurement Document (SPD) including the Financial Standing Workbook, the Technical and Professional Ability Workbook (including Core Terms Acceptance and SOC Check) and the Environmental Management and Climate Change Plan Form in accordance with the Contract Notice and the accompanying Instructions document. The Department require a River Maintenance Team (“RMT”) to perform duties associated with the management and maintenance of the Weir, the River, and associated facilities which includes but is not limited to pontoons, slipway, fishing stands, aeration system and public rescue equipment.
