Description

Great Missenden Parish Council are looking for contractors to assist with a project to supply and install a tower multiplay equipment at Prestwood Recreation Ground, Prestwood HP16 0NJ.  (Exact location to be agreed pending site visit.)
The multiplay should be suitable for children aged 3+ and have up to 7 play elements.  It should be up to 8.5m long, 5.5m wide and a maximum of 4m high.  It should include elements such as floating steps, slides, play panels and climbing nets and also have inclusive elements.
The tender should include supply and install, including grassmating and grassmat shockpad, groundwork and landscaping to include topsoil and turf, all preliminaries and post installation inspection.  The tender should include detailed drawings and description of the proposed multi play tower equipment
For sustainability purposes there should be a high percentage of recycled raw materials used (70% +) 

Tenders should be posted to Great Missenden Parish Council, Parish Office,  Link Road, Great Missenden, Bucks HP16 9AE in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Clerk and marked 'PRESTWOOD REC MULTIPLAY' by 5.00pm Friday 10th November 2023.

P-0193 Playground Equipment and Multi Play Units (MPU)

Manchester City Council are currently improving fixed playgrounds within parks across the city. This project is split into the following lots: • Lot 1 Supply of Fixed Playground Equipment • Lot 2 Multi Play Units (MPU) Supply only All installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions (see EN 1176-7:2008, Clause 6). In Ground Accessible Carousels - with steel decking and large, sealed bearings, easy access for maintenance and carpet securing ring to ensure carpet does not catch or foul operation. Spring Rockers - with above ground accessible fixings Rotators - Hanging carousel and rotating poles to have large heavy duty sealed bearing. Lot 2 Multi Play Units (MPU) Supply only - must provide a wide range of high value multi-play provisions for a range of ages and abilities.
