Description

The service to be provided is safer accommodation and support to victims and families of domestic abuse within a refuge setting and within dispersed properties within the borough of South Tyneside.

The contract is for 5 years, commencing 1 July 2024, with the option to extend by a period of up to 24 months.

The annual contract value is fixed at £400k for the first year of the contract.

Suppliers will be required to express interest in this opportunity on the NEPO ProContract system. Birmingham City Council wishes to invite providers to submit applications to join an open framework for the provision of temporary accommodation through the private rented sector and private registered providers of social housing.
