Description

Greener Futures Partnerships (GFP) procured a National framework of suitably qualified constructors and consultants for the delivery
of retrofit works and services in Scotland. As well as creating a route to market, GFP aspired to create a truly collaborative framework where
all parties contribute and continually develop best practice in the field of decarbonisation. The Framework will be for a total of 7 years
(4+3) to enable delivery of retrofit works in accordance with the current energy efficiency standard for social housing (EESSH2) and will
be open to all Contracting Authorities in Scotland to access. GFP have procured a separate Decarbonisation Delivery Framework for the
delivery of retrofit works and services in England and Wales, which was the subject of a separate Contract Notice and procurement process
conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations (2015). Abri acted as the CA for the purposes of the procurement who
will enter into the Framework Agreement with successful Suppliers.

PAN3156 - Supply of Rock Salt Sheeting Installation Services

The Council requires a provider to install the Council's SuperSheet sheeting system over its rock salt stocks each year in July/Aug/Sept and then during the winter months to de-install/partially remove the sheeting as and when required to enable access to the stocks. Such 'call outs' are typically on up to two or three occasions during the winter, subject to how much salt is used. The services are key to avoid loss of salt and potential environmental damage from it being washed into the ground. NB: This contract is a contract for services to install and remove the Council's SuperSheet sheeting system as required. It is NOT a contract to supply sheeting. The contract is to install the Council's sheeting system each year once the rock salt stocks for the forthcoming winter have been delivered and then to respond to 'call outs' on a minimum of 48 hrs notice, to de-sheet / remove sheeting as required to enable access to the stock as it is used up. Typically, up to two or three 'call outs' may be required each winter, subject to use of the salt, but there is no guarantee as to the number of call outs or if any will be required at all from year to year. Please see the Specification and Price Schedule for this contract for further details of the requirements and how to price your bid.
