        Western Building Systems (WBS) is a fully self-sufficient off-site contractor and will undertake all works for the new CDC at Willowbrook Health Centre itself. No construction or 
        off-site manufactured works will be subcontracted.
        Under the JCT D&B Contract WBS will sub-contract Design related works to its preapproved Design Team

Exeter St.Davids Passenger Assisted Lounge Design & Build

Exeter St Davids Station lifts serving platforms 1 to 6 are scheduled for renewed by Network Rail (NR) commencing in January 2026. As part of NR's Construction Phase Plan (CPP), all lifts will be out of operational service at the same time for the duration of works, which is envisaged to be up to six months. The rationale is to shorten the overall programme of works, reducing the disruption to passengers and colleagues rather than by taking one lift out of service at a time.
