Description

This Request to Participate has been issued to establish an Energy Procurement Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). 
The contracting authority for this tender is Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Trust. The tender process and resulting DPS agreement including all contracts as a result of further competitions are managed by Inenco. The DPS is available for use by all contracting authorities within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland as defined by Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 #102, including, but not limited to the contracting authorities in supporting information document titled Appendix 6 - List of defined groups of Contracting Authorities.
      
  The anticipated (supply) commencement date is July 2019.

Contracts Finder requires a contract start and end date that follows the closing date. For the purpose of Contracts Finder only these dates have been set as 01/07/2029 - 02/07/2029. The DPS is available for 10 years and unless otherwise published will close on 30/06/2029. The initial closing date to set up the DPS was 21/06/2019.

Additional information: This DPS is being established in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 #102 as defined by Regulation 34 'Dynamic Purchasing Systems' and Regulation 28 'Restricted Procedure'.

THE ANTICIPATED DPS EXPIRY DATE IS 11TH MARCH 2030.
