Cirrus Consortium Kitchen Supply Framework 2021

The Cirrus Consortium sought to establish a new framework of kitchen manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of kitchens to replace the current Cirrus Consortium Kitchen Materials Supply Framework which expired in October 2021. The lead contracting authority for this procurement is Halton Housing. While the new framework is predominantly for the supply of kitchen materials; installation and other associated services will also be available. Whole kitchens and/or component parts of kitchens may be required by contracting authorities to fulfil the needs of their organisation, whether that is for planned investment programmes, void replacement kitchen installations, new build and outright sale properties, kitchen repairs and maintenance or any other reason. The outcome of the tender process will be a four year Framework Agreement expected to commence during October 2021. It is envisaged that the final framework will be awarded to approximately 15 suppliers. The framework is available to all contracting authorities across England, Scotland and Wales.

One tender submission was received as part of the tender process. This tender process was however cancelled, since the costs submitted were substantially higher than the budget available to EDC.

Coastline Services Limited Mini-competition for Materials Supply Via the Cirrus Consortium Framework

This procurement was undertaken as a mini-competition under Lot 5 of the Cirrus Consortium Materials Framework. Coastline Services Ltd is a subsidiary of Coastline Housing. Coastline Services Limited required a single materials supplier to provide a full range of building materials through an existing branch network or alternative suitable solution located within close proximity of Coastline Services Depot Lower Ground Floor, Cardew Way, Cardew Road, Redruth, TR15 1TS. Materials required include general building, roofing, electrical components, plumbing and heating materials. Tool hire is also required under the contract. The contract will be for an initial 3 years with 2 options to extend by a further 24 months on each occasion, up to a maximum of 7 years total contract term (3+2+2), subject to Coastline Services requirements and the performance of the successful merchant.

Cirrus Consortium Waste Management Framework 2023

The Consortium is seeking bids from providers of waste management services and recycling services across the following geographical lots: - Lot 1: North East (UKC) - Lot 2: North West (UKD) - Lot 3: Yorkshire & the Humber (UKE) - Lot 4: East Midlands (UKF) - Lot 5: West Midlands (UKG) - Lot 6: East of England (UKH) - Lot 7: London (UKI) - Lot 8: South East (UKJ) - Lot 9: South West (UKK) - Lot 10: Wales (UKL) - Lot 11: Scotland (UKM) Bidders must be able to provide, as a minimum, a waste drop off service for general inert waste within each geographical area they are bidding on. Bidders can bid on one or more lots. Services available under the framework include but are not limited to; waste drop off and recycling services, skip hire services, total waste management services, provision of waste receptacles and office waste collections. Waste streams covered by the framework include (but are not limited to); mixed general waste, dry mixed recycling, green waste, hazardous waste and clinical waste. It is envisaged that the framework will be awarded to approx. 15 suppliers per lot.
