DfE Invest NI - Leading Team Programme Invest NI is seeking to engage an experienced Contractor(s) for the design, delivery and management of up to five cohorts of a new Leadership Team Programme with an anticipated start date January 2024. This tender has been divided into two Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded independently. There is no restrictions on the number of Lots a Tenderer can bid for or be awarded, Tenderers may bid for one, two or both Lots as they wish. LOT 1 - The Design, Management and Delivery of Executive Education Content Service - Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver a programme of Executive Education content. LOT 2 – The Design, Management and Delivery of a Business Coaching Service for Executive Teams - Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver a Business Coaching service to Executive Teams participating on the Leadership Team Programme. DHSC: OHID: Individual Placement and Support (IPS) technical and implementation support, fidelity reviews, and training.

A preliminary market engagement was held in October 2025 to share the draft specifications, proposed procurement approach, draft contract, and timetable, and to invite feedback from potential bidders. The Department of Health and Social Care is seeking to commission an external partner to deliver the Provision of Lot 1 Individual Placement and Support (IPS) technical and implementation support, fidelity reviews, and Lot 2 Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Accredited training . For the next 3 financial years 2026/27, 2027/28 and 2028/29. The intention is to commission, in two lots but as part of one exercise: Lot 1: A package of implementation and technical support for IPS teams that are newly mobilising or recently established, and approximately 135 IPS fidelity reviews or guided self-assessments (45 per year) Lot 2: Approximately 60 training places for accredited qualifications (at least 16 per year). This is in line with the commitment set out in the 2021 UK Drug Strategy and will bring IPS in community drug and alcohol treatment in line with IPS in secondary mental health services. Expanding access to IPS for drug and alcohol dependence is also a commitment of the 10 year plan for the NHS. Key objectives: Objectives are: • Supporting recently mobilised sites to work up to high effectiveness. • Supporting all sites to exceed OHID performance benchmarks and for at least 15 of sites to meet the standards of the IPS Grow Quality Mark. • All sites that have been identified for IPS fidelity reviews to attain ‘good fidelity’ (100 points or over) by the end of the contract.

CEFAS25-124 Provision of fishing industry workshop design and delivery

The Supplier will work closely with Cefas to design and deliver participatory workshops, including: • Pre-workshop planning and design in consultation with Cefas staff, including hiring suitable venues, organising catering, inviting participants, etc. • Facilitating the workshops • Producing concise documentation summarising key discussion points, insights, and recommendations The first (or only) workshop will aim to understand the needs, priorities, and interests of the fishing industry, with the goal of increasing and improving participation in Cefas science. Discussions will help identify how best to co-develop research and ensure that future collaborations align with industry realities. Special attention will be on the early engagement with the industry in research collaboration, especially in defining research problems and research /project design. Key discussion topics may include, but are not limited to: • The level of industry interest in engaging with Cefas science • Expectations around how scientific collaboration should work in practice • Drivers and barriers to effective partnership working between scientists and fishers • The fishing industry’s role in shaping the future of fisheries science The Supplier will deliver two in-person workshops, one in the East of England and one in the South of England, with preferred locations including the Lowestoft and Weymouth areas. Cefas will provide advice and support by sharing contacts for potential participants in these regions; however, the Supplier is responsible for identifying and directly engaging all relevant stakeholders.
