Description

LandQ are looking for an experienced consultant to deliver an analysis of possible medium-term carbon emissions reduction pathways, to support the alignment of strategy to our longer term 2050 Net Zero target.
The pathways will reflect a range of options including SBTis, intensity targets and non-aligned routes, as well as BAU. The report will assess the different combinations of deliverables and possible cost implications associated with each pathway. This will also include business assumptions underpinning eg. Development pipeline.

We will use the outcomes of this review to consider and challenge our strategic intent, and be able to discuss and articulate the action we wish to take under our corporate strategy. We hope, at a portfolio level, to explore the possibility of accelerating action and reducing carbon emissions, and develop a Climate Transition Plan or similar. We aim to publish our chosen Net Zero Pathway in line with good practice, including any interim targets. This means that the report must clearly state the current expected pathway, the extent of the challenge to follow a net zero pathway and what this means for LandQ, and how this gap may be closed.

The review will reflect on all relevant existing reports and modelling to consider the most appropriate medium term pathways and possible associated targets.
All deliverables should be complete by 31 March 2024
