Description

Birmingham City Council (the Council) is carrying out a further competition exercise using the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation - Agreement ESPO 83_21- Grocery, Fresh, Chilled and Frozen Foods and invites tenders from all capable suppliers included within the aforementioned agreement for the requirement with the preferred supplier. The Council will enter into a call-off contract under the terms of the original framework agreement.  The Contract will be established for an initial period of 4 years.  The Contract is intended to start on 8th January 2024 or as otherwise agreed.
      
      You are invited to submit a response to the further competition for Provision of Frozen, Ambient, Fresh & Meat Framework Agreement ESPO 83_21 Grocery, Fresh, Chilled and Frozen Foods, no later than 12:00 on 18th August 2023.

The options must meet allergen, dietary and labelling requirements. This provision includes supply, delivery and display of goods.
