YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply and distribution of various Food Service categories direct to YPO customers, typically for use in the education sector, NHS, public sector buildings, charitable status organisations such as housing organisations and care homes, care catering, the prison service and sheltered housing within the public sector. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which include YPO’s internal requirements and any of YPO’s wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies. The end customer will place the order/s with the Provider and the Provider will deliver direct to the end customer.

The successful contractor must demonstrate a proven track record in supplying vehicles of a similar nature, delivering on time and within budget. Additionally, the contractor must provide written assurances regarding the availability and timely provision of spare or replacement parts necessary for ongoing maintenance of the tractor. PP-10169 Wyvern School & Bushfield School Catering

The Viaduct Federation comprises of Wyvern Infant School (with Preschool and Nursery) along with Bushfield Junior School. In addition, Wyvern School also has a nursery provision for 2-3 year olds with 40 children per day in attendance. Meals for Wyvern are cooked fresh on site and then hotboxed to Bushfield and are served by the incumbent staff at Bushfield. The Supplier may also be required to provide packed lunches for school trips. There are 2 schools Wyvern and Bushfield under the Viaduct Federation. There is no LGPS. The Contract period will be for 3 years initially, with the option to extend for two further one-year periods at the discretion of the Client.
