Description

This tender competition is for the production and supply of Services for the Northern Ireland Government Departments’ Exhibition at the Balmoral Show in 2024. The initial show will take place in mid May 2024 and the following two shows will be in mid May 2025 and 2026. The Contractor must provide services for the design, production, construction and build of the exhibition and hospitality area. The successful Contactor must also provide a floor plan, transport, and clearance of the exhibition.

Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission experienced Exhibition Design consultants to be part of this upcoming iconic project and to provide exhibition design services from RIBA stage 1 equivalent to RIBA stage 6/7 equivalent and detailed design for fit-out contractors. You will work with the wider design team, including Architectural Design consultants to coordinate and support the wider redevelopment of the museum which includes the enlargement of its physical footprint. Design and build for the cultural and creative transformation works to the Passmore Edwards Building, Falmouth

The Council invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers ("Suppliers") for the provision of a professional services design team for design services to overhaul the Passmore Edwards Municipal Building as well as the build contractor. The appointed Supplier will act as the lead professional design team and build contractor for the works element for the major transformation of the Municipal Building. It should be noted that works consist of the following: 1. Internal works to redesign the internal gallery space (see brief).
