Fuel line scientific studies, research and development, materials archive, technology demonstrations, trials and engineering studies, establishing new capabilities (design, construction, and installation of equipment), operation of NDA Group equipment, treatment of material and/or waste, analytical services, and managing of Universities contributions to the NDA mission that requires or offers the use of existing NNL UK facilities on either the Springfields or Sellafield Sites (and Workington facility where the inactive trials supports the later active work in the NNL operated active facilities) that are facilities in respect of which NNL has exclusive occupancy rights and including work of a high security nature.
