HEART are looking to appoint a single Supplier who will offer the best value for money, demonstrate technical competency and deliver all Waste Management Services requirements as stated in the specification. It is anticipated that these services will be promoted and accessed by the education sector and other small to medium sized public sector organisations but for the avoidance of doubt, is open to any public sector contracting authority. The primary objective of this procurement exercise is to manage the Waste in a safe, sustainable and efficient manner. The awarded supplier will adhere to Environment Act 2021 and ensure that there are no environmental breaches.
