Description

SPPA are looking to appoint a single provider for facilities management at their office in Tweedbank.  The contract will for an initial period of 4 year with an option of a further one plus one years extension.

Lift Technical Audit Services 2

The Services are comprised of certain core Services, which the Supplier is required to deliver, and certain ad-hoc Services, which the Supplier is required to deliver at the Buyer's request. The delivery will be to the lifts located throughout the DWP Estate which the Buyer is responsible for maintaining. DWPs estate compromises of around 800 sites. Provision of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard Accredited Certification Services to Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB)

This PPN aims to provide potential providers with an overview of the opportunity to provide Provision of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard Accredited Certification Services to Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB). CTMUHB has maintained certification to the Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001 since 2013 and successfully transitioned to the ISO 14001:2015 Standard in 2016. We remain compliant with the requirements of ISO 14001 at all sites named within our scope The current certificate is due for re-certification by 30 June 2026, we are seeking to invite expressions of interest for the provision of: • Recertification of ISO 14001 certification services for the new certification period (3 years, from June 2026 to June 2029); CTMUHB are seeking the provision of annual assessment and ongoing certification services to the Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001:2015. The scope of the organisation’s certification is to include: “The management of environmental aspects associated with the provision of healthcare and clinical services at the following sites: • Prince Charles Hospital • Royal Glamorgan Hospital • Princess of Wales Hospital • 31 Community Hospitals, Health Centres & Clinics The Health Board require all sites to have a minimum of 1 visit within the 3 year period of the agreement. The successful bidder will be expected to: • Provide a UKAS accredited ISO 14001 Environmental Management assessment and certification service to CTMUHB. The initial assessment is to take place by 29 June 20226, to ensure continuing certification against the Standard; • Provide ongoing customer service and support in the maintenance of certification; • Demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience in NHS Wales and in particular CTMUHB; • Make provision to amend the certification scope during the certification period when CTMUHB organisational changes have occurred (following prior notification by CTMUHB). This provision will be provided at agreed pro rata rates and no claims for loss of profit, disruption of programme will be accepted; The following criteria applies: • Provision of initial assessment and recertification to ISO 14001:2015 to ensure continued recertification, as at June 2026; • Provision of ongoing annual surveillance audits; • Provide Surveillance Assessment Reports in DRAFT within 5 business days of the Assessment and allow opportunity for commentary/agreement of the findings prior to issuing a FINAL report. Where CTMUHB has submitted comment against a DRAFT report, a formal response should be made available detailing acceptance/rejection of the response within 5 working days; and • Provide a suitable mechanism for query and dispute resolution. Where a technical challenge is raised, provide appropriate contact details for technical compliance team and ensure an initial response is issued within 3 working days. Please note: There is no obligation by CTMUHB to purchase any additional certificates under this Agreement.
