Description

This framework covers the geographical area of Scotland and has been procured on behalf of:

This new framework replaces our previous asbestos and vacant property protection framework agreements, and extends the scope to
additional safety and compliance services.
The framework consists of 5 (five) workstreams and each workstream has multiple lots.

Facilities Management Services including TUPE

St Gregory's Catholic College ("the Authority") seeks to appoint an experienced Facilities-Management (FM) partner to deliver an integrated hard- and soft-FM service across the College's estate in Bath (postcode BA2 8PA). The successful contractor will assume single-point responsibility for statutory compliance, reactive and planned maintenance, staff management and value-for-money service delivery, in line with the Procurement Act 2023 light-touch regime for above-threshold services. Procedure: Open procedure (standard 25-day tender period; no reduction applied). Electronic submission: All documents must be downloaded and returned via the linked e-tender portal. Evaluation: Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) - split 50 % Quality / 40 % Price / 10 % Social Value, detailed criteria in the ITT. Preliminary market engagement: A single supplier meeting was held to scope requirements; information shared has been incorporated into the tender pack in accordance with PA 2023 s.16-17. West Bampton Road Design and Build

This is to inform suppliers on the upcoming tender for the following: Proposal: Design and construction (post RIBA stage 3) of 7 dwellings (2 x 1bd bungalow, 3 x 2bd houses and 2 x 3bd houses), and associated works to the car park as per planning consent 23/00886/FUL. Site: Land to the west of Bampton Road, Leigham, Plymouth Service required: Procurement of the Contractor, for the design and build post RIBA stage 3, of 7.no new affordable dwellings, with associated hard and soft landscaping (including external works to the public car park). Description: The site is (0.35ha) located to the west of Bampton Road, and is an existing, non-demarcated, surface level, public car park. The site (0.12ha) on which the affordable dwellings will be built is owned by PCH. The dwellings will need to be delivered in accordance with Plymouth Community Homes, Employers Requirements. External material, approved by planning include brick finish to walls, roof tiles and grey UPVC fenestration. The energy strategy consists of ASHP, with PV's to the roof. The remainder of the car park (0.23ha) is owned by Plymouth City Council, and the improvement works will be undertaken via license. The improvement works to the car park consist of, but not limited to, white lining (circa 66 public car parking spaces), site grading and kerbing, surface water drainage works and soft/hard landscaping. Please see attached additional documents: proposed Site Plan & Location Plan. Form of appointment: D&B, JCT 2024 contract, as amended by the PCH schedule of amendments.
