Description

The Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor for the Refurbishment of the existing Education Room to make suitable for use at Southend Central Museum & Planetarium.  The procurement process will be conducted electronically via the Council's e-tender facility Pro-Contract: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk. You will need to register on the e-tender system where registration is free of charge. The Council are undertaking a 2-stage under-threshold tender for the refurbishment of a a vacant 3 storey office building within Chelmsford Business Park. The proposed works have been designed to allow for future compartmentation of the building to facilitate the building being of either single or multi-let.
