Description

IWM's new ticketing platform needs to comprise of the following:
      
      * the external customer facing ticket booking interface
      * the internal Customer Services ticket booking and management interface
      * the internal E-Commerce / Finance ticketing management interface
      * and the till EPOS touchscreen front of house staff interface

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
