Health Data Research UK is seeking a technology partner to design, deliver and operate the Health Data Research Innovation Gateway - a web application to enable researchers and innovators to search for, request access to, and analyse UK health research data held by data custodians in Trusted Research Environments.  This project will be delivered as an agile, design-led project delivered collaborative with Health Data Research UK, the Health Data Research Alliance and a wide range of external stakeholders.  This work offers a unique opportunity to work in partnership to deliver a game changing portal for health research and innovation.

AI Transcription Tool

Swindon Borough Council (SBC) wishes to invite expressions of interests from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of an AI Transcription Tool to support administrative tasks across the council, for an initial contract term of 12 months estimated to start on 13 February 2025. From the end of the initial period, the council has an option to extend the contract for a further 6 periods of 12 months. Total potential term 7 years. We expect to use 31,912 hours per year, however, this volume is not guaranteed. The initial 12 month term of the Contract is an estimated value between £80,000.00 and £300,000.00. The estimated value of the option to extend for a 12 month period is £80,000.00 and £300,000.00. The estimated potential total contract period of 7 years shall be between £560,000.00 and £2,100,000.00. Please note that the services are subject to demand and the expected volumes quoted of 31,912 hours per annum (and used for the purpose of evaluation) are not guaranteed. In addition, the Council reserves the right to increase the annual contract value up to £300,000 per annum for each 12-month period, subject to use and budget approval.

Crown Commercial Service has set up a Dynamic Purchasing System for the supply of artificial intelligence services. Crown Commercial Service is inviting suppliers to request to participate in the Artificial Intelligence DPS. This DPS offers a simple route to purchase artificial intelligence services in the public sector, allowing customers to access a wide range of competition in an emerging market, including discovery and consultancy services, licencing, customisation and support for AI applications, and end-to-end partnerships. If you are successfully appointed to the DPS following your submission you will be invited by customers (buyers) to submit tenders for relevant services through a call for competition. This DPS remains open for any supplier to request to participate throughout the duration of the DPS. CCS reserves the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime in accordance with the terms set out in the DPS contract. Additional information: Please be advised that this DPS has a further extension of 24 months. This follows the initial period of 18 months, an initial extension period of 12 months, a second extension of 8 months and the third extension of 12 months. Please note the Closing Date, Contract Start Date and Contract End Date have been manipulated to support compatibility system issues.
