Description

KCS receives customer orders via a number of different channels and 25%-30% of those customer orders are received via email. These email orders are received in a number of different formats that include genuine and scanned PDFs, MS Excel, MS Word and within the body of text of the email. 
	
KCS is seeking to automate customer orders received via email in order to reduce administration and provide a more robust service to its customers.

Receive care requirements from Cambridgeshire County Council, either as an initial request or as an amendment in agreed format.
