Description

Great Missenden Parish Council require 170m of preformed hedging to surround an open space along four boundary edges.  The requirement is for the supply and installation of a fully formed beech hedge (fagus sylvatica) that is 1.5m high.  It must also include:-
- compost/soil conditioner
- irrigation system 
- automatic irrigation controller
- dripper pipe along hedge runs

There is a requirement for pedestrian access gaps in the hedging.

The tender responses should include all relevant tools, equipment and machinery to carry out this work.  It should also require a cost for the removal and disposal of approximately 150 x 1m high wooden posts that are currently in place along the field boundary.

-Information and background about your company 
-Details about how you would propose to carry out the work on this contract, including if the site would need to be closed from users, how long the work will take, what security will be in place of any machinery or tools left on site
-References demonstrating your suitability of carrying out this type of work
-A copy of your PLI insurance certificate
-Examples of any similar jobs completed

Tenders should be posted to Great Missenden Parish Council in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Clerk and marked 'Hedging Tender' by 5.00pm Tuesday 24th November 2020.
