Notice of Award - Contract to supply new replacement laptop computers due to:

1) Out of warranty breakdowns that are uneconomical to repair
2) Accidental damage that are uneconomical to repair
3) Current Laptops that are obsolete and incompatible with CPS newly deployed services 
4) Consolidation of manufacturer's device warranties from multiple suppliers
