Description

The Waste Services Business Unit within Commercial Services Kent Ltd (CSKL) has been awarded a contract by Kent County Council (KCC) for the operation of five Household Waste Recycling Centres, two site co-located with Transfer Stations, for a term of up to five years and possibly longer. These sites are located in Dartford, Swanley, Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells. 
The contract CSKL has with KCC includes all aspects of the operation of the sites including haulage of waste from the five sites to various fixed destinations dictated by KCC within the contract and the operation of loading and handling plant for all sites. 
CSKL are seeking a Supplier to deliver waste haulage and plant services at all sites, and the provision of plant operatives at the two Transfer Stations

Tenderers should note the following when uploading documents to the ProContract portal prior to submission: 
A 10 Mb file will take approximately 5 minutes on average to upload on a standard Broadband connection (256 Kbps upload speed). Please take this into consideration when uploading larger files and ensure that you leave sufficient time to complete your submission. 
Instructions on how to submit your response can be found within the 'Help' facility in ProContract. These instructions should be consulted in order to ensure that your response is submitted correctly. 
The ProContract System maintains a strict audit trail part of which gives detail as to the exact time that a response was uploaded. This audit trail will be used to determine if a tender or mini-competition response is late.

Hornsey Street WTS will be delivered by LondonEnergy as a third party collection vehicles are not compatible with this sites compaction loading equipment.
