Description

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for, and on behalf of, NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) (the Contracting Authority) who invite quotations for a suitable supplier to deliver a year-round, integrated, multi-themed communications and marketing campaign for the North East and North Cumbria. The aim of the campaign will be to increase awareness and influence behaviour around accessing and using a range of health services and to support people to stay well - with an immediate focus on the winter ahead. 
 
This quotation will be conducted via the NECS e-tendering system (In-tend) as such there will be no hard copy documents issued to bidders and all communications between bidders and NECS, including tender submissions, will be conducted via the In-tend portal.

Note, these are typical of the type of services which will be required for work commissioned under this Contract. The Buyer has endeavoured to be as accurate as possible, however the actual requirement for work to be carried out will be further defined during the lifetime of the Contract.
