Description

Camborne Town Council is seeking a partner provider for the provision of retained professional human resources (HR) and staffing advisory services as a single prime contractor, or a consortium with a lead supplier acting as prime contractor, to work with the Council on an on-call basis to provide a range of high-quality HR services and people solutions.

The retained nature of the arrangement would be based on a framework contract with calling off support services as and when required. Costs would be recharged on the basis to time spent on the project based against the hourly rate. Based on previous years 2 / 2.5 days a month on average.

No guarantees on overall spend per annum but the estimated overall maximum budget for the tender is in the region of £42,000 over 3 years (excluding VAT).
