Description

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invited tenders from suitably qualified Service Providers to establish a Framework for the Provision of Bid Writing Services for Strategic Capital Projects. The Framework shall consist of a max of no more than 8 Service Providers (Maximum plus ties) with the capability of developing and scripting high quality project bid submissions, economic appraisals, business cases, PPEs, feasibility studies, research and review. The bid submissions and appraisals will be used to leverage substantial financial resources over the next 4 years to secure the delivery of major capital projects within the district. The framework will be put in place for an initial period of 2 years with options for extensions, entirely at the sole discretion of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, for two further periods each of 12 months.

It is likely that the Customer will seek the Service Provider to demonstrate improvements and/or price reductions before considering an extension. For any extension(s) to the Contract, discussions with the Service Provider shall be conducted sufficiently far in advance of the Contract expiry date to arrive at an agreed position.
