Description

The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to produce a business analysis to assess a buildings current operations and future potential. The findings will inform strategic decisions around future investment and long-term sustainability. The analysis will also be used to support the business case for major refurbishment and support funding bids to the NLHF and others.
