Description

The works at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust comprise of the Inspection, Remediation and Certification (as required) of Fire Doors (internal fire resisting doors and final exit doors) as applicable; described and identified in the Schedule and located on the Tender drawings to be provided.<br/><br/>Ongoing, Functional Fire Door Inspection and their subsequent maintenance is a fundamental requirement of managing compliant fire resisting doors to a satisfactory standard, meeting the legal requirements of Article 17 of the FSO and in accordance with Fire code HTM 05-03 part K, BS 9999 and BS 8214.
