Description

The Buyer wishes to run an Open process under the Procurement Act 2023 for the Supply, Calibration and Reactive Maintenance services for Weighing Equipments used by Border Force, across multiple locations.
The agreement shall be split into two lots:-
Lot 1 - North Region
Lot 2 - South Region
Bidders may  submit Tender for both lots and each lot shall be awarded to a single supplier.
Prior to the release of tender documentation, tenderers will be required to sign an un-edited version of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), for each lot of this procurement and upload onto the Home Office e-sourcing portal. The NDA can be downloaded from the Home Office e-sourcing portal.
