Cambridge Regional College is the largest further education college in the East of England and is committed to serving the people of Cambridgeshire and the surrounding area.Cambridge Regional College has two Campuses, Cambridge and Huntingdon which require external bus providers to transport students  to the relevant campus in the morning and a return journey in the afternoon. Swindon Borough Council (The Council) has set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Passenger Transport Services. Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to apply to join the Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of passenger transport services. This DPS remains open for any supplier to request to participate throughout the duration of the DPS. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the Application documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team [email protected] This DPS has been extended for a further 44 months to 23 February 2029. We reserve the right to extend, shorten or terminate, in part or whole, any Lot or the entire DPS at any time

The Supply of executive and high-quality standard coaches in immaculate condition both inside and outside, ranging in sizes from 25 to 85 passengers on a mixture of private hires. A mixture of Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6 standard (including Euro 7 in the future, electric, gas powered and hybrid) and executive coaches and Euro 5 and Euro 6 minibuses. The majority of the university’s requirements lies within the United Kingdom and primarily for the transportation to other universities, colleges, schools, museums, local businesses, city attractions, airports, railway stations, Eurostar, and sport related trips. The requirements entails a combination of one day tours to more complex journeys, with multiple stopping points and in some cases lasting more than one day.
