Description

This tender covers the provision of Hard and Soft FM services for 5 sites which are not part of the main PFI project at NNUH. The sites covered are Cromer Hospital, Cotman Centre, Central Norwich Eye Clinic (Grove Road), Health Records Library (Francis Centre) and an administration hub in Rouen Road, Norwich. This contract will be let as one lot and not sub-divided. For the avoidance of doubt Catering for the Cromer Hospital Café will be separately tendered. The proposed term is 5 years with 2 x 1 year extensions.

The Services are comprised of certain core Services, which the Supplier is required to deliver, and certain ad-hoc Services, which the Supplier is required to deliver at the Buyer's request. The Supplier will provide the following core Services (the scope of which is described further in this Specification): (the "Core Services") Maintenance audits of lift Planned Preventative Maintenance ("PPM") and reactive works Compliance spot checks of lifts Checking remedial estimates provided by the Lift Contractor Autodialler management Ongoing technical support including attending weekly and monthly meetings with Estates Supply Chain Members At the Buyer's request, the Supplier will also provide the following ad-hoc Services (the scope of which is described further in this Specification): (the "Ad-Hoc Services") Additional maintenance audits of lift PPM and reactive works Additional compliance spot checks of lifts Site surveys Acquisition surveys Emergency LOLER The estimated contract value of £550,000.00 exclusive of VAT over 24 months includes the optional extension period of up to 12 months plus another 12 months (48 months in total).
